中欧能源股票报价（EEX）获知其中欧衍生品售价成为新的标准普尔电能标准普尔系列的可视。本月21日问世的标普GSCI中欧电能标准普尔包含在EEX上市的德国、法国、意大利和巴伦西亚的电能衍生品售价。

LSEG将以3.25亿美元并购应用制造商TORA

伦敦证券股票报价集团（LSEG）将以3.25亿美元并购多股票报价应用制造商TORA。LSEG对此，此举将更容易发展其报价和该银行系统设计该公司，将TORA基于云的报价和投资额复合管理系统与该股票报价的现有产品相结合。该报价的一个关键部分是增加数字股票报价新功能，此项报价方案于今年下半年已完成。

HKEX获知其对A股衍生品该公司缴费方案

香港股票报价(HKEX)总裁兼执行官获知了将对其大大增长的中国A股衍生品该公司缴费的方案。港交所在今年10月18日问世了MSCI买办A50衍生品，征税了报价和监管费用至今年年中。

EEX prices drive new S&P power indices

The European Energy Exchange (EEX) has confirmed its European futures prices are forming the basis of a new Standard and Poor’s power index family. The S&P GSCI European Power Indices, launched on February 21th, combine German, French, Italian and Spanish power futures prices from EEX listed power contracts.

LSEG to buy tech firm TORA for $325m

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has agreed to buy trading technology specialist TORA in a deal worth $325 million (£239m).The exchange group on Tuesday said the move would help grow its trading and banking solutions business, incorporating TORA's cloud-based trade and portfolio management system with the UK exchange's existing offering. A key part of the deal will be adding functionality for digital assets, the deal is set to close in the second half of the year, the LSEG said.

HKEX plans to introduce China A share fees

Nicolas Aguzin, the chief executive officer of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) Group, has confirmed plans to introduce fees for its growing China A shares futures business.HKEX launched its MSCI China Connect A50 futures on October 18, waiving trading fees and regulatory levies into the middle of this year.
